50 Off Cabinets warrants to the original consumer purchaser that products, including door hinges and drawer glides, manufactured by 50 Off Cabinets shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, provided that proof of purchase is presented. This warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to products used for residential purposes.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of necessary maintenance.
- Alteration, modification, improper installation, improper handling/storage, or environmental conditions.
- Any labor expenses.
Repair or Replacement:
50 Off Cabinets, at its discretion, may choose to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty with a functionally equivalent product. Some replacement parts may differ from the original parts received, subject to availability. Return of defective product may be required for replacement issuance. Repair parts or replacement parts are at the expense of 50 Off Cabinets, but the customer shall bear all other expenses, including removal and re-installation of the product, labor expenses, etc.
Natural Variations:
50 Off Cabinets acknowledges the natural variation in wood, including color and grain pattern, which adds to its beauty and is not considered a defect. Environmental factors may cause natural aging, darkening, or mellowing of wood color, which is not covered by this warranty. Glazed finishes and hand-applied finishes may also exhibit variations in color and appearance, which are considered normal.
Expansion and Contraction:
Wood may expand and contract due to climate conditions, resulting in fractures in painted surfaces at joints. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada and excludes special, incidental, or consequential damages. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the shorter of the period provided by law or the period of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.
